WHAT IT IS

At Windridge, our school-wide behavior plan includes 4 areas of focus: Practice kindness, Act responsibly, Work and play safely, and Show respect. This is what the acronym P.A.W.S. stands for.

PAWS TICKETS

When students do something that demonstrates one of our P.A.W.S. behaviors, they can earn a P.A.W.S. ticket. They also earn a small prize, and can add their name to our Principal's 200 board.

PRINCIPAL'S 200

When there is a "bingo" on the Principal's 200 board (20 in a row from top to bottom), those kids also get to have a special celebration with the principal (picture of ice cream party above).

CLASS REWARD

Each teacher also has a P.A.W.S. poster in their classroom. When the whole class demonstrates P.A.W.S. behaviors, they can earn a token for the poster. When all the letters are filled in with tokens, the class earn a party with the principal.
